Blissnet™ Requirements and Known Issues

Internet Explorer Compatibility View and IE8 No Longer Supported
Due to vendor support ending for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and Windows XP, we no longer support using IE8 to access Blissnet. If you are using Windows XP and/or IE8, it is highly recommened that you upgrade or switch to one of the supported alternative browsers.

Furthermore, Blissnet may not display properly using Compatibility View in Internet Explorer. It is highly recommended that you disable Compatibility View for Blissnet in all versions of IE. To do that, open the Tools menu in IE and select Compatibility View Settings. Find netteller.com in the list of sites added to Compatibility View and select Remove. Get more help with changing your IE Compatibility View Settings.

The follwing browsers are supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 9 and later with Compatibility View disabled for Blissnet
  • Mozilla Firefox versions 4.x and later
  • Apple Safari versions 5.x and later
  • Most smartphone and tablet browsers are compatible but with mixed results
